下月起東湖磨山景區內“禁車”
湖北日報訊 (記者成熔興、通訊員王守軍、彭沖)8月1日起,迷你倉新蒲崗東湖磨山景區內將禁止機動車和非機動車進入。屆時,遊客只能步行或乘電瓶車遊覽,以減少對景區生態的破壞。目前磨山景區日進車輛500台,高峰時達2000台。園內停車位少、山路多、道路窄,入園車輛只能停放在景區草坪、游步道上,噪音、尾氣汙染大。而目前,我國國家級風景名勝區大部迷你倉出租都已實施“禁車”。為“禁車”順利,磨山景區不斷改善內外部交通。18日剛剛開通403路公交,串起�多景點;此前又新建停車場1.2萬平方米,設車位960個。在景區內部購置遊覽車35輛,以站點式服務為主,可滿足遊客需求。為創建5A級風景區,景區共投入2000多萬元“美容”,目前已形成“以遊覽道為主幹、以游步道為分支”的遊覽線路格局。儲存倉

節能周攝影展暨頒獎禮昨舉行
【本報訊】由能源業發展辦公室主辦、澳門攝影學會協辦的「澳門節能周2013」攝影比賽頒獎禮暨作品展昨假旅遊商務中心舉行開幕,迷你倉價錢展出41幅得獎及入圍作品,展期至本月26日。主辦單位冀市民在重溫節能周的歡樂片段時,能記住節能的信息和方法,並繼續在日常生活中諸之行動,共同節約能源。展出41張得獎及入圍作品能源業發展辦公室副主任盧深昌及澳門攝影學會會員大會副主席歐平主持活動開幕儀式。盧深昌於致辭時表示,「澳門節能周」攝影比賽自2010年開始舉行,目的是通過攝影愛好者的鏡頭,將節能周的精彩活動、市民參與節能活動的歡樂時刻,以及日常生活中的節能行為等與主題相關的內容,用照片記錄下來,以另一種的迷你倉庫式宣傳推廣節約能源。攝影比賽配合每年的「澳門節能周」活動舉行,今年的主題是「一起走節能之路!」共收到142張作品,題材多樣;除了節能周活動的精彩片段,例如啟動儀式、熄燈、節能單車比賽等外,還有以反映日常生活的各種節能行為為內容,以及再生能源的設施、節能產品等題材。照片既展現市民參與節能活動時歡樂的一面,亦反映市民對節能的認知和期待。盧深昌又說,經過篩選及評比,評審最後選出冠亞季得獎作品及優異作品共23幅,連同另外的18幅入圍作品,合共41幅由即日起展出至本月26日,供市民欣賞。他期望市民在重溫節能周的歡樂片段時,也能記住節能的信息和方法,並繼續在日常生活中諸之行動,共同節約能源。儲存

Airport logjams a serious concern

According to FlightStats, a popular US-based provider of data on air travel, Beijing and Shanghai rank at the bottom of 35 major international airports surveyed for flight delays and cancellations. And their performance has gone from bad to worse in the past six months. Hong Kong International Airport has also reported an increase in delays and cancellations that dragged its ranking down from 22 to 29.Last month, only 18.3 per cent of more than 22,000 flights departing Beijing Capital International Airport were on time, with 42 per cent delayed by 45 minutes or more. Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport’s on-time rate fell to 24 per cent from 38.9 per cent six months ago. FlightStats also reported serious delays at provincial airports, while the performance of national and regional Chinese airlines also disappointed.It is to be expected that airports and airlines serving the fast-growing Chinese economy would struggle to meet demand and keep to schedule at times. Sadly, however, the poor performance of mainland civil aviation and the economic cost of chronic inefficiency reflect poor management a迷你倉出租d the ridiculously unbalanced reservation of 80 per cent of airspace for the military – the exact reverse of the situation in other countries such as the US. Competition for business between major mainland cities, with excessive emphasis on passenger flow, has created logjams at their airports that have led to an increasing incidence of violent protests by angry passengers. The Airport Authority is catching up with the provision of more parking stands, which could speed up flight movements, while the Civil Aviation Department says it is constantly working on air-traffic handling efficiency.Despite deteriorating on-time performance, Chek Lap Kok retains its rating as one of the world’s best airports. 高何鎮將打造為紅色文化主題愛國主義教育基地火井鎮將著力打造成火秀文化藝術小鎮臨濟鎮將向農業旅遊生態小鎮的方向發展夾關鎮將建設成水主題特色小鎮道佐鄉磚橋村安置點將安置200余戶,存倉1年時間內可入住;高何鎮沙壩社區安置點已開始平整場地,計劃安置1400戶……昨日,邛崍市首批8個災後重建安置項目舉行開工儀式。據悉,這標誌著受“4·20”蘆山強烈地震影響的邛崍市災後重建工作全面�動。首批重建安置項目�動據介紹,邛崍市災後重建安置點共計48個,分三批建設實施。首批�動“3+5”的災後重建安置項目,“3”指火井、夾關、高何3個鎮區安置點規劃建設,安置點功能、形態、設施配建應按照小城市標準進行規劃;“5”指高何鎮靖口村、何場村,臨濟鎮黃廟社區,天台山鎮紀紅村、道佐鄉磚橋村5個示範新村安置點規劃設計。“目前夾關鎮規劃設計方案已出爐,夾關鎮安置組團1期包括3人戶、4人戶、5人戶,有90平方米、110平方米、130平方米、150平方米4種戶型可供選擇。”邛崍市重建辦相關負責人介紹,所有鎮鄉的規劃設計方案都是在徵求群�意見的基礎上進行編制。與安置點配套的相關市政基礎設施建設也將陸續�動。據悉,邛崍市將對受地震影響鎮鄉現狀水廠實施改擴建,配套建設城鎮給水管網,共擴建8座水廠,新建汙水處理廠2座,擴建6座,重點進行各鎮汙水管網建設等。“除了做好保障安置這項基礎工作,我們將結合省委、省政府和成都市委、市政府提出的災後重建指導方針,針對邛崍市災後重建自存倉切需要解決的問題,從生態環境、產業、公共設施配套、交通、基礎設施、防災體系進行全面恢複重建。”邛崍市政府相關負責人表示,所有項目將做到高水平規劃、高標準建設,起到災後重建示範作用,力爭打造災後重建的典範。規劃建設特色小鎮按照國務院批准的“4·20”地震災後重建總體規劃,要用3年時間完成恢複重建任務。3年內,高何鎮要建設成為配套設施完善、生活安全舒適、特色產業支撐、宜旅宜商宜居的邛崍市西路重鎮,打造為四川省紅色文化主題愛國主義教育基地、天台山旅遊環線遊客集散中心和特色生態文化商旅宜居新城。受地震影響的臨濟鎮也明確了9個農業產業項目的發展規劃:在黃廟社區建1000畝的農產品加工基地,對臨濟現有的茶、果、生豬進行精深加工;引進文井茶葉有限公司在牛臨夾公路沿線和邛名高速公路沿線兩側各0.5公里範圍內發展標準化茶葉3000畝,建設20公里茶花走廊;通過楚漢專業合作社在包塘村發展珍珠雞、黃鱔等特種養殖園……“我們將借助震後規劃建設的機遇,立足現有的茶、果、生豬和濕地資源,結合臨濟周邊名山縣的茶葉資源和平樂的旅遊資源,綜合考慮臨濟災後重建交通條件改善等要素,定位旅遊+交易+加工+生態的產業發展方向。”臨濟鎮副鎮長祁峰告訴記者。此外,火井鎮將以“天下第一井”為總體定位,著力打造成火秀文化藝術小鎮和輻射帶動周邊的區域中心鎮;夾關鎮將以“夾門水寨”為總體定位,建設成為以天台山、天台湖景區為核心組成部分的水主題特色小鎮。本報記者 李穎 文/圖迷你倉新蒲崗

搶購91無線 百度移動端“高度設防”
經過數次試錯,自存倉在造船還是買船票這個問題上,百度還是選擇了後者。 7月16日,百度宣佈擬全資收購在香港上市的網龍公司旗下的91無線業務,購買100%股份的總價為19億美元。 據百度簽署的諒解備忘錄顯示:百度和網龍將進一步協商,就收購建議的相關條款達成一致,最終於2013年8月14日(最後截止日期)前,簽署收購由網龍持有的91無線57.41%的股權。鑒於百度有意收購91無線的剩餘股權,在最後截止日期前,如果其他股東願意出售其持有的股份,百度將按與網龍簽署的近似條款進行收購。 由於網龍持有91無線57.41%的股權,百度支付給網龍的現金約為10.9億美元,此次收購案打破雅虎10億美元注資阿里巴巴的紀錄,成為中國互聯網歷史上最大的一筆並購案。 這並非百度第一次向外擴張,但卻是一向謹慎的百度公司董事長兼CEO李彥宏最需要慎重的一次,除了涉及巨額資金外,擁有了移動入口的百度在移動互聯網競爭最激烈的時刻,只有絕地反擊才能保證百度帝國的完整性。追捧下的“最高價”結局 BAT(百度、阿里巴巴、騰訊)以及最大的攪局者360等當今互聯網圈最具話語權的企業都曾參與競購91無線,這也是成就互聯網並購最高價的主要原因。 並購消息傳開的第一時間,業界最主流的評論是“19億美元有些太貴了”。據悉,因為涉及金額太高,李彥宏全程參與了91無線的收購案。 “百度在投資風格上,很講究戰略性的概念與戰術性的分析相結合。既要看森林,也要見樹木。在看准之後,百度的投資還是非常有魄力的。”百度企業發展部總經理湯和松說。 91無線于2007年成立,主要從事開發和營運兩個在國內領先的智能手機應用分發平台——91助手及安卓市場(統稱為“91無線智能應用分發平台”) ,並擁有社區網站、91桌面、91熊貓看書及其他廣受歡迎的產品。通過91無線智能手機應用分發平台下載應用的下載量至今已逾100億次。根據艾瑞2011年~2012年報告,依據活躍用戶數和累計下載次數,91無線是國內最大的第三方應用下載渠道。 按理說,如此華麗的業績,花巨資並購也理所應當。但成就19億美元價格的卻不僅僅是這些。 今年年初,91無線CEO胡澤民曾表示,如果有合適的賣家,91不會拒絕,但是要看出價是否有足夠的吸引力。此番表述意味著,91無線只會跟從于出價高的大公司。 在91無線被收購前,其正籌劃在香港上市。據悉,91無線已經做好了上市準備,可以隨時在香港上市。 “有了這個背景,91無線的估值被提升了十多倍。”易觀國際分析師郭洋告訴《中國經營報》記者。 在計劃上市之前,91無線曾引入了一個強大的戰略投資者——李澤楷,他與其他投資者向91投入了1780萬美元,而當時91估值僅為22億元人民幣。 這也引來騰訊的關注,�所周知,李嘉誠家族與馬化騰家族交情頗深,李澤楷也一直被稱為香港高科技領域的領袖,加之91強大的移動入口,騰訊也想將其招之麾下。 “不過騰訊的微信已經完全可以承擔其在移動互聯網時代的主要責任。”業內人士透露。 事實上,騰訊的移動互聯網布局最為全面。除了微信之外,騰訊還有手機遊戲、手機QQ等移動核心業務。在這三大業務之外,正如騰訊總裁劉熾平在開放大會所言,騰訊還有騰訊手機管家、QQ瀏覽器等多款億級用戶的移動互聯網入口產品。 由於微信志向絕非停留在一個媒體平台上,所以QQ瀏覽器和騰訊新聞客戶端將毫無疑問的承載起微信的媒體平台功能。同時騰訊手機管家會起到為微信及全線騰訊移動互聯網產迷你倉新蒲崗保駕護航的作用。由於微信將推出的新版本會有支付功能和遊戲,預計到時,騰訊手機管家會如此前騰訊副總裁丁珂透露的那樣,將會為微信承擔保駕護航重任。不過由於騰訊手機管家的策略是免費和聯盟,所以騰訊手機管家也將成為一個重要的流量入口來源,而非通過倒流量成為盈利平台。至於soso街景地圖,也將借助微信重新在LBS市場發展。騰訊另外一款應用寶產品,則是與遊戲和騰訊手機管家結合,承擔第三方下載電子市場作用。 如此完備的移動互聯網產品布局使得騰訊決定不和百度爭奪91,但是阿里巴巴才是真正的攪局者。 自從進入2013年,阿里巴巴也進入了自己的投資季,先後將新浪微博、高德地圖、窮游網收入囊中,一直強調打造互聯網生態圈的阿里巴巴集團董事會主席馬雲自然也不會放過最直接的手機入口——應用商店。據悉,阿里巴巴自始至終都是91並購案的參與者與抬價者。 有專家稱,百度此次收購91無線的直接原因就是為了對抗360,之前的3B大戰,360手機端日益增長的渠道都成為百度的肉中刺。 現在看來,BAT(百度、阿里巴巴、騰訊)以及最大的攪局者360等當今互聯網圈最具話語權的企業都曾參與競購91無線,這也是成就互聯網並購最高價的主要原因。困局下的新生 百度收購91無線是戰略性收購,能解決移動互聯網時代流量入口問題。 “我們希望通過投資並購加強百度的核心業務、建立良好的生態系統、對未來的良好機會進行布局。”湯和松說。 PC時代,百度的模式變現能力非常清晰,靠垂直搜索做流量帶來廣告的變現,其核心的業務是掌握流量的入口。 2011年,百度在搜索的市場份額達到80%。但在2012年後,隨著移動端的興起和智能手機的普及,移動流量端口被百度的對手們搶佔了不少。 令李彥宏耿耿於懷的是百度一直沒有一款普及而成熟的移動互聯網產品,而這時,騰訊已經憑微信拿下至少4億的移動用戶。阿里巴巴的移動生態圈不僅有著媒體屬性的新浪微博,還包括旅遊、地圖等與移動社交化關係最為緊密的核心產品。 從2012年開始,百度將移動互聯網戰略升級為公司的最高級別。並從三方面開始構建:移動搜索、應用分發、生態系統。 來自百度的數據顯示,截至2013年4月百度移動搜索日活躍用戶超過一億,百度APP(百度移動搜索應用)月活躍用戶也已經過億、日活躍用戶超過2000萬。 但和PC端不同的是,移動端最主流入口並非傳統頁面。業內人士認為,移動互聯網對百度的衝擊是致命的,因為移動互聯網大大加速了搜索的垂直化進程,各個垂直類APP中都帶有搜索框。 “應用商店才是移動互聯網效果最好的分發渠道。”郭洋說。事實的確如此,據一家手游公司CEO透露,應用商店的話語權越來越大,直接可以決定開發者和產品的生死。 新唐傳播咨詢機構總裁張小平認為,百度收購91無線是戰略性收購,能解決移動互聯網時代流量入口問題。 百度移動雲事業部總經理李明遠在2013全球移動互聯網大會上表示,百度手機助手日分發已經超過了3000萬次,這一數字距離百度移動應用更名為百度手機助手僅僅4個月。 至於說移動端生態系統搭建,百度一直沒有停止過,2004年,百度收購hao123,2011年收購去哪兒網,2012年全資控股愛奇藝,2013年5月收購PPS,正是在為百度生態圈增磚添瓦。 資深媒體人信海光認為,收購91無線所帶來的實際價值是又控制了手機APP分發的入口。並購一旦完成,百度將通過移動搜索和應用商店兩個強勢入口,直接滿足用戶的各種信息和資源服務需求。迷你倉出租

仍在發酵的棱鏡事件,儲存再次催熱維基解密創始人朱利安·阿桑奇。昨日,成都晚報記者從譯林出版社獲悉,維基解密創始人朱利安·阿桑奇唯一親述自傳《不能不說的秘密》由該社獨家引進出版,正式上市。譯林出版社的編輯韓潔琦告訴成都晚報記者,阿桑奇在書中追憶了他傳奇的一生。在她看來,阿桑奇就像電影《這個殺手不太冷》里那個殺手,除了有足夠的勇氣直面美國及西方世界的霸權,他的內心深處,還藏著孩子般的天真。朱利安·阿桑奇——一個網絡黑客,一個亡命天涯通緝犯,一個影響力足以“晃動地球”的人,……童年經歷好奇心讓阿桑奇走上黑客之路維基解密創始人阿桑奇于1971年7月3日出生在澳大利亞東北海岸的湯斯維爾市。他的母親在他滿周歲時和一位導演結婚。在他9歲時,父母離異,母親再嫁給一位暴虐的音樂家,不久又分居。在他只有14歲時,阿桑奇就已搬了37次家,頻繁的遷居使阿桑奇沒有機會接受完整的學齡教育,但他依靠自學讀了大量書籍。“阿桑奇長大後成為一名黑客,一直到後來創建了維基解密與政府和大公司為敵,這當然與他的童年經歷密不可分。”韓潔琦告訴成都晚報記者,阿桑奇在童年時期是個好奇心極旺盛的孩子。“我為什麼要強調他的好奇心和探索精神呢?因為這是他日後成為黑客的一個首要原因。”阿桑奇之所以侵入到別人的系統中,並不是為了盜竊錢財,他只是單純的好奇。別人在他面前建起一道圍牆,不讓他看裡面的東西,越不讓他看,他越是想看。阿桑奇從小就對事物運作的方式十分癡迷。喜歡拆發動機玩,玩機械積木。六歲時,就造了一個簡易的金屬探測器。16歲那年,阿桑奇得到一個調制解調器,並以門達克斯的名號聯上了當時還未成形的互聯網,並逐漸建立了自己的聲譽,被稱為“能夠闖進最安全網絡的高級程序員”。他甚至和兩名黑客組成了一個名為“國際顛覆者”的小組,曾闖入歐洲和北美的保密計算機系統。阿桑奇和他的黑客伙伴們的活動日趨活躍大膽,引起了當局的注意,澳大利亞聯邦警察針對他們展開了名為“天氣行新蒲崗迷你倉”的調查行動。成名之路創立維基解密,搞垮一兩個銀行沒問題2006年,阿桑奇決定創建“維基解密”,在他看來,信息的透明和自由交流會有效地阻止非法治理。自從他公佈身份後,美國決定追捕這位創始人。2006年12月,“維基解密”公佈了它的首份文件:這是一項“秘密決定”,由索馬里反政府武裝“伊斯蘭法院聯盟”的領導人謝赫·哈桑·達赫·阿威斯簽署,從通過Tor網絡傳遞的內容中挑了出來。這份文件的真實性始終沒有得到確認,而關於“維基解密”的新聞很快取代了對解密文件本身的關注。此後,阿桑奇因為公佈美軍裝備數據庫、關塔那摩監獄手冊、機構和企業腐敗報告、阿富汗戰爭日誌、伊拉克戰爭日誌、“電報門”等機密文件名噪天下。談到“維基解密”的巨大成功,阿桑奇毫不謙虛,他直言自己坐擁巨大秘密寶藏,機密文件成指數增加。他現在最大的困擾是,“信息太多,而網站的發佈速度跟不上”。如何在海量信息中甄別出最有價值的然後公佈呢?阿桑奇表示,其手中掌握的一半機密都是有關私營產業的,他的團隊要做的工作就是要在這其中挑選出能帶來最大衝擊力、造成最大影響的一些事件,即將公佈的資料“搞垮”一兩個銀行沒問題,這就是“維基解密”想要的結果。出書原因拿錢支付官司費用阿桑奇為何會寫這本自傳呢?“2010年底,阿桑奇因為雙重性侵指控被瑞典警方起訴,而維基解密是一個非營利性機構,全靠捐款維持。阿桑奇本人也沒有什麼存款來打這場官司,所以為了籌集這起案件的律師費用,阿桑奇與英國坎農格特出版社簽署了出書合同,並收取了預付金。”韓潔琦解釋說。這本書的最終出版之前還有一個插曲。在此書一稿完成後,阿桑奇想與出版社撕毀合同,因為他覺得自己一不小心在這本書里泄露了太多的個人私密,被當局抓到把柄就不好辦了。他甚至評價道:“寫回憶錄好比賣淫。”可既然阿桑奇已將預付款正式轉移給了律師,且無力交還,出版社就認為他們間的合同仍然有效。何況阿桑奇一直都不否認這本書寫得很好。成都晚報記者 李躍mini storage

前海下周首拍地勢爭崩頭
前海推出的首批三幅土地,迷你倉其中兩幅將於下周五公開拍賣,市場預測每平方米樓面地價或突破3萬元(人民幣?下同),衝擊深圳歷史上的最高樓面地價。作為先行先試政策的實驗區,市傳前海將於十月啟動跨境電子商務項目。跨境電子商務傳快啟動由於前海本身的特殊性,加上預期政府會提供較多優惠,業界估計三幅土地的地價會創下深圳歷史新高,認為樓面地價若低於每平方米3萬元,開發商會爭崩頭,故預計最終成交價將不止此數,可能介乎每平方米3.5萬文件倉5萬元。除上述三幅土地,《中國證券報》指前海將於年底再推八至十幅土地,令全年建築面積達到500萬平方米左右,而正向財政部上報的前海產業優惠目錄,預料亦會於下半年正式公布。報道引述房地產公司人士表示,前海將加快基建設施的興建進度,確保部分前海企業可於年底前正式入駐。據統計,去年在從事跨境電子商務的出口商之中,有近六成集中於深圳,市傳前海將利用這項優勢,推動前海跨境電子商務產業發展,並於今年十月啟動跨境電子商務項目。存倉

Schism roils top GOP consulting firm
Source: The Columbus Dispatch, OhioJuly 19--The way Nick Everhart sees it, he was acting out of compassion and Christian love, doing what was necessary to aid the emotional and spiritual well-being of his boss and mentor, Rex Elsass, and to protect the mighty national Republican advertising firm he had helped Elsass build.自存倉The way Elsass sees it, Everhart was a veritable Judas, acting out of self-interest and malice, plotting to destroy his reputation, steal his clients and start a competing firm.Those opposite narratives are laid out in explicit and explosive detail in public court documents that tell a tale of tumult at Strategy Group for Media, the highly awarded Powell-area firm that counts GOP candidates for president, governor and Congress as clients.Operating as a Christian firm in a cutthroat business, Strategy Group has sought to hang onto its eclectic list of political clients -- Gov. John Kasich and Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky, among them -- amid national publicity about a lawsuit filed in May by Elsass against Everhart, the firm's former president.Elsass fired Everhart and two other executives he views as "co-conspirators" -- Philip J. Wenzel and Matthew Parker -- on April 6, days after two contentious and emotional meetings. Earlier this month, Wenzel filed a lawsuit in Delaware County Common Pleas Court seeking authority to go to work for a Toledo-area polling firm operated by his father, Fritz, but Strategy Group claims that would violate the son's non-compete contract.The scope of the internal strife at Strategy Group was revealed through emails and text messages made public in hundreds of pages of documents filed in Franklin County Common Pleas Court to support the firm's lawsuit against Everhart.Underlying the case is the shattered relationship between Elsass and Everhart, who was hired in 2002 after he graduated from Ohio State University and within 10 years became president of Strategy Group. Elsass awarded him a compensation package worth millions, including covering a mortgage on an Upper Arlington home, an Audi A7, and use of the corporate jet and the firm's $2 million townhouse in Washington.Elsass has filed to foreclose on the roughly $750,000 mortgage remaining on the home Everhart shares with his wife and two children.The camaraderie of the high-performing political ad firm -- whose dichotomous routine included an every-Monday-morning Bible study led by Elsass and a regular Thursday-afternoon happy hour in a bar at the company's historic Gooding House -- began to unravel earlier this year.Claiming concern about Elsass' emotional and spiritual health, and his handling of the firm, Everhart, Wenzel, Parker and several other company managers on April 1 held what they called an " intervention," an emotional five-hour meeting with Elsass.Emails before the meeting illustrated uneasiness among the participants, citing a need to approach Elsass "in a loving way," with Everhart saying the boss must know that they were "there to help him."The group previously had drafted a document that it presented to Elsass the next day, urging him to agree to a list of "personal action items" and "business action items." The draft document asked Elsass to renew weekly sessions with a psychological counselor, find a Christian counselor, get a new psychological evaluation, find a new church, and spend more time with his family.Under business items, the group asked that Elsass include senior managers in major business decisions and that he allot "weekly accountability and prayer time" with them, and that he remove himself from a political-action committee "as well as all public affairs client day-to-day execution."Elsass did not sign the document. Everhart met with Elsass on April 3 and, in an e-mail tha迷你倉新蒲崗 night to the others, indicated the meeting did not go well, saying there was a "lot of psych-babble from Rex," adding that "he's in a bad place & truly is a cult leader." Everhart cited a "need to begin focusing on how to extract ourselves & move on," saying that "we're gonna need both a legal & appropriate earned media strategy to provide cover & space...."On April 6, the night after the Strategy Group had won a record haul of 40 Pollie Awards, the Emmys of political advertising, the firm's lawyer notified Everhart, Wenzel and Parker that they had been fired. That night, Everhart exchanged emails with Alexander Burns, a columnist for Politico, who urged him to "give yourself a chance to breathe and get some rest. You have so much going for you and the reality is, Rex is going to collapse without much more help from you."The firm's subsequent lawsuit accused Everhart of conspiring to undermine the company with the intent of stealing its clients to start his own firm in violation of a non-compete contract he had signed. The suit also said Everhart used his former assistant to gain access to Elsass' emails to gather confidential client information that he could use to prospect for clients in a new business.The trove of emails and other documents in the case shows Everhart, Wenzel and Parker "had nothing but contempt" for Elsass and other colleagues, according to Rick Tyler, who replaced Everhart as president."Reviewing the documentation can only show that the three had a plan, delusional as it was, to try to gain control (of the company) and when that failed, compete, and when that failed, destroy," Tyler said this week. "They cloaked their demonstrable deception in Christianity, which is offensive."Attorneys for Everhart, Wenzel and Parker denied that their clients ever tried or wanted to take over Strategy Group."Any claim by Tyler or Strategy Group that Parker or Wenzel are attempting to destroy Strategy Group or embarrass Rex Elsass is simply wrong or uninformed," said Luke Palmer, attorney for Parker and Wenzel.Kegan Beran and Alex Tornero, executives still with the Strategy Group but who had participated in the intervention and were party to the document presented to Elsass, told The Dispatch this week that they had been deceived by Everhart, only to conclude later that he wanted to control the business. Both said they came forward on their own volition.Beran, in charge of the firm's media placement, said he thought the goal was to discuss business matters, but "the three individuals no longer with the company clearly had other motives..."I can't sit back and watch lies and humiliation be directed at the company and more importantly at" Elsass, Beran said.Tornero, the firm's creative director, said he believed the goal of the intervention was "to get our group to huddle and jell moving forward."Referring to Everhart, Wenzel and Parker, Tornero said, "I think they wanted to grab power, to grab control of the business and when that didn't work, they got destructive."Everhart's lawyer, James S. Mowery Jr., said the memo presented to Elsass included all the topics the group, including Beran and Tornero, had discussed. He said Everhart has not sought a job with a competitor."Nick intends to live by his non-compete and he never tried to take over the company and, despite their innuendo, he has always tried to make the company better," Mowery said. "There's no way he could take over the company because, let's be honest, Rex owns the entire company.... 前瞻技術、使用介面友善 XBRL軟體設計競賽 中興、成功團隊奪冠軍
由證交所及會計研究發展基金會XBRL委員會主辦的「第二屆XBRL軟體設計競賽」,self storage日前(7月8日)在台北舉行決賽,本次共有14所學校、17個隊伍、近100位師生參賽,最後由中興大學資工系及成功大學企管系學生共組的的「XBRL創新之龍」勇奪冠軍,獲得5萬元獎金,得獎作品未來也將正式上線,供投資人下載使用。 該團隊是由中興大學資工系廖宜恩教授與許雯絞博士共同指導,成員包含興大資工所博士生黃俊堯、碩士生施曉貞、陳期皓、蘇建宇與成大企管所碩士生廖姿雅,專長涵蓋企業管理與資訊工程,因此設計出的系統,面向完整、程式操作介面友善,令評審印象深刻。 他們所開發出的「企業財報健檢雲端服務系統」,強調的是用簡單易懂的操作介面,讓使用者輕鬆地從財務結構、償債能力、獲利能力、經營能力、成長能力、現金流量等六個構面進行企業財務診斷,將複雜的財務績效數據利用公式換算為燈號,分為紅燈(很好)、紅黃燈(不錯)、綠燈(普通)、藍黃燈(不佳)、藍燈(很差)五個等級,並可查詢單一或多家公司的財務資訊,提供各項圖表,協助使用者能更迅速且便利地得知企業財務績效。 興大資工所博士生黃俊堯認為,技術的前瞻性、資料的完整性與友善的使用介迷你倉是此次勝出的關鍵。該系統花了半年的時間規畫設計,前2個月著重在資料判讀與討論定案、中間3個月進行系統開發、最後1個月則是前端的網頁建置。資料庫系統採用屬於NOSQL類型的MONGODB資料庫,系統運算的資料量約4GB,含括證交所資料庫中900家企業2010至2012年3年共12季的財務報表。該系統處理的資料量,與其他參賽隊伍相較,更為完整。 黃俊堯表示, 系統架設在微軟AZURE雲端平台,資料存取速度快、無斷線危機等優點。另一特點為擴展應用性強,仿照國外開放程式碼概念,開放應用程式介面,其他程式設計人員可在他們已建構出的基礎之上進一步應用或擴充功能。 證交所指出,國際上將XBRL應用於財務報告、稅務申報、工商登記、金融監理等領域,應用範圍非常廣泛,台灣自100年4月起上市櫃(興櫃)公司申報99年度財務報告時已全面採行XBRL申報。但目前國內的XBRL應用軟體不多,導致這些財務報告未能被有效運用,非常可惜,未來除持續鼓勵資訊廠商開發應用軟體之外,也將從校園著手、向下扎根,舉辦講座及競賽,並開放得獎系統供投資人下載使用,讓更多使用者如投資人、會計師、授信機構等均能利用簡單易操作的工具進行財務分析。文件倉
